What is the return policy?

because most of our items are handmade and custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

however, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right 🤍

for non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my order take?
